Milan, July 15 2025 – Bytek, the martech company of the Datrix group, has signed a strategic partnership with Plant ICT, an Italian startup specialized in developing tailor-made digital solutions to optimize business processes.
The agreement combines Plant ICT’s consulting-driven approach with Bytek’s proprietary suite of predictive models, offering companies a concrete and immediately operational solution powered by data and artificial intelligence.
Bytek brings to the partnership its advanced AI models - Action Prediction, Predictive LTV, AI RFM Clustering, and Interests Module - enabled by an API-first architecture and an interface designed for SaaS use, with built-in security, versioning, and governance.
- Action Prediction: estimates the probability that a user will perform a relevant action (e.g., purchase, registration), assigning a predictive score that helps prioritize resources, activate marketing automation flows, and optimize bidding and media spend.
- Predictive LTV (cLTV): forecasts the future economic value of customers to guide budget allocation, acquisition strategies, and automated loyalty programs.
- AI RFM Clustering: builds predictive segments based on recency, frequency, and monetary value to activate loyalty, re-engagement, retargeting, exclusion, and lookalike acquisition campaigns.
- Interests Module: identifies thematic and product-related interests using NLP and embeddings to enrich CRMs, personalize content, and improve targeting.
